Technically focussed sessions that help you master the correct form of exercises and benefit your overall quality of movement.

Form is about quality, not quantity. It is crucial for correcting technique, achieving proper alignment, improving mobility and stability across the body, strengthening muscle groups, and establishing ideal movement patterns. This workout has also been designed to help reduce the risk of injuries.

Training with increased volume to further your technique, maintain good posture and stability and carry out everyday activities for longer.

If you wish to extend your work rate on the gym floor, then Endurance is for you! Extend your capabilities by adding volume to the movements you have mastered to help you further develop your overall strength and fitness levels.

Resistance-based low to high skill exercises designed to increase body strength, improve power output, and enhance everyday performance.

Strength is where you master your technique and advance onto more complex exercises with more load. Whether your goal is to increase your lean muscle tissue, progress your body composition, increase bone mineral density, boost confidence, or improve your strength levels to compliment a sport or your everyday performance, this session is not one to leave out!

Conditioning training involving low to high skill movements to progress your anaerobic and aerobic capacity and champion long term health benefits.

Capacity classes are varied, high-energy and very sociable! They have been included to develop your energy systems to enable you to perform for longer at both high and low intensity, testing your capacity and improving your overall performance.
