Do I need to be fit before starting?
Not at all. Many of our members join us after several years away from exercise. Our coaches guide you through every session so you can build strength and fitness gradually at a pace that suits you.
What if I haven’t trained in years?
That’s exactly why many people come to Limitless. Whether you are returning to training after a long break or starting for the first time, our coaches support you step by step so you feel confident throughout the process.
Will I know what to do when I arrive?
Yes. Every session is coach-led, so you are never left to figure things out on your own. Your coach guides you through the exercises and ensures everything is performed safely and correctly.
Do I have to commit to a membership straight away?
No. Everyone begins with a 30-day trial so you can experience the coaching environment and see how the training works before making any long-term commitment.
